Pros

You definitely have exact working hours. Life is good when you are senior in the company, expect more chances to change to a management role. The organisation provides good renumeration for its employee. In fact, it is usually higer than market-rate.

Cons

Extremely flat hierarchy, management role is selected by seniority instead of talent, unless you leave and come back to the organisation again. However, real talents that leave seldom come back. Only renumeration packages is good, but other benefits seems lacking, for example the medical benefits looks horribly out-dated with what other organisation are providing. Recognition seems to be double standard and you are very much dependent on your books with your immediate local management.
