Pros
Good salary and good cafeteria bonus. Nice office. Company bus. Seems to be mindful of employee health and safety
Cons
Out of town (there is nothing around unless you have your own car) Absolute lack of any kind of proceedure, everything seems improvised or under review, terrible lack of useful documentation to understand your job, everything to be learned on the spot. The management at high level is very slow in taking decisions.
