Depends on your team. Definitely not for GIM after ISP program closed. Company bus, canteen and on time to leave each day

Work Life Balance is a LIE in GIM. Go home on time to continue with late meetings with US, Europe and India counterparts and project managers. 80% SME talk loudly about how good they are but in new areas like MDG, Ariba they still want to control...absolutely time wasting listening to them. RM is lousy 2 faced liar. he also my manager (India) since I joined. Everyone worried for his/ her job due to job loss to digitization (actually politics).
