Pros
Flexibility for unpaid time off. Director gives clear and straightforward instructions on what is expected. Free indoor parking for full time employees. Working with really cool people (still friends with coworkers). Great location to work (at the Water Garden): the WG hosts a couple of events every year with catered food and live entertainment.
Cons
Report to several managers who give tasks that have the same level of priority. Completing tasks in a timely manner can be overwhelming, with constant phone interruptions (heavy focus on customer service support). Too rigid in terms of clocking in and out. They should focus on the quality of work that the employees are delivering, rather than whether or not they clocked in 30 seconds early. No benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.)
