I've had a fantastic run with Testlify. I love the organizational culture! Everyone is warm and supportive. Abhishek (Founder/CEO) is a wonderful person. A good, yet empathetic leader, ambitions and driven, yet humble and connected to this roots. I work remotely, yet I've experienced warmth, acceptance, and respect in my interaction with each person, which I believe is very rare in a virtual set-up. Working at Testlify has been great with me having had the freedom to experiment and learn handling different kinds of tasks thereby honing my skills and gaining valuable experience. Abhishek has always trusted my abilities and encouraged, pushed, me to get out of my comfort zone to learn new ways of doing tasks, while also giving me the freedom to explore things on my own. I was supremely happy being a valued team member of customer success. But it was he who saw my potential and gave me the opportunity to take on the role of Head of Customer Success. His faith and trust in me is something I cherish and value. This hugely motivates me to give my best to the company and his vision every single day! I’m genuinely happy to be a part of Testlify, and I look forward to a long-lasting relationship with this amazing company.

At times things are done in an adhoc way, though it does work for that point of time, in the long run, having a planned structure and process for tasks would be beneficial.
