Pros
They let me come back seasonally as a uni student, meant I could pick up some easy money between terms Worked in fresh food, overall not a bad job if you like routine and physical work
Cons
Hours are incredibly unstable, I am only contracted one day so if there's no overtime I make no money and my schedule changes every week so it's hard to plan things However, when there's a lot of overtime you're expected to work all the busy periods i.e bank holidays, christmas eve, boxing day etc Basically no career progression, they cut loads of management roles so only option is to become a shift leader which is a lot of work for not much increase in pay
