Pros
Good pay and shift patterns. Great discount. Lovely people to work with, and a few to work for. Handy locations of stores.
Cons
Unrealistic targets with little or no support. Those who 'can' carried the rest of their team, with no acknowledgment. Plasticy uniform not ideal! You need to give FT staff a sensible uniform allocation.
