Pros: Tesco is genuinely a supportive and well-run place to work. Management communicates clearly, expectations are fair, and the atmosphere on the shop floor is positive. Training is thorough and you’re never left feeling out of your depth. There are also real progression opportunities if you want to move up, and plenty of flexibility with shifts which makes work–life balance much easier.
