People are friendly, great benefits, great mentoring. There is a lot of opportunity in this little town and this company has a great reputation and little competition

I honestly can't thing of any cons to working for the company. The only downside is the town itself, which is far removed from the rest of civilisation.
as a RSS, I worked with other safety supervisors accross the company and also was included in the QA/QC and operations teams. I learned a lot, the company invested in my professional development and I created some long-lasting relationships.
Cons
The hours are long in the summer but worth it in the winter when the hours are shorter.
