Pros
People are great, some of the folks working here are really talented - shame that their talent is being hampered by some of the managers. salary is OK.
Cons
Sometimes the atmosphere is stressful thanks to some delusional managers who are having problems prioritizing and focusing on what's really important for the business. There's no such thing as "career path" and this is the biggest reason why most people leave after 2/3 years in here.
