Pros
There was a really strong culture and individual contributors were hard working and loved to collaborate.
Cons
The culture went downhill after ownership forced the company to layoff a huge chunk of the company. A lot of key folks were lost during that. Even before that, though, Terso always fell behind on paying women. They would get underpaid versus peers performing the same duties. Additionally, they would refuse to give women the same titles as their male peers. Like associate manager instead of manager, VP instead of Chief, etc.
