Pros
The company is great, but the management has a lot to be desired.
Cons
They have bad management skills. If you want to be paid less and get stepped on and treated like dirt go work here. They treat people bad if you don't have a degree. They micro manage you to death. The pay is poor if you do not have a degree. I would not recommend anyone to work here unless you know how to kiss butt and know what they are eating before they do. Don't ever complain about your job or your boss or they will treat you worse than they already do. Do not ever complain about a boss or they find away to fire you. The complaint department does not work everyone knows your business. HR and legal do not help you at all. It will always be your fault and not managements fault.
