Pay is lower than average market, and the benefits are OK, but not great. The company pushes hard for employees to buy stock shares, since it is "employee owned (and not publicly traded/owned; however the incentives to do so are not enticing enough. The work/life balance is fair, but could also be better. The corporate life style runs heavy in the veins here and if you are not trying to climb that ladder you won't find yourself wanting to commit long term employment.
