Poor handling of conduct violations with an absence of consequences. In one case of misconduct, the solution implemented was for the offender to be promoted another level above his accuser, and is now in charge of more employees. The women in our office are the lowest paid employees with promises made and broken for raises while others reap the benefits of their work, including their own raises. An increasing workload for the same low pay and no safeguard for abuses. I hope this is not the standard experience at this company.
