Pros
- Really cool tech stack - Cutting edge technology - Understanding staff with a culture of transparency - Salary transparency so everyone understands where they are at and what the person next to them is making to promote gender pay parity - 5 weeks paid vacation - work-life balance actually promoted - Company tries its hardest to promote 10-2 meeting hours, the rest is up to you to get your work done
Cons
- Growth stage in the company, so growing pains of going from 10->20->30 (old processes don't work as well when scaling up, communication etc) - Some onsite work required because of the data sensitivity, but hybrid office model to mitigate. - recruitment takes a long time
