      Great environment at first, really good growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Management did not know how to deal with employees. Pay is not competitive at all with the current market.

      Pros

      *small company with learning potential *could be big fish in a small pond *fantastic benefits *very close knit with coworkers *open-door policy

      Cons

      *CEO is against remote work, even though some key personnel get to ignore this rule. *Cannot track PTO without asking HR, since timecard system is incorrect. * Hard to do "on the job learning" due to lack of manager availability
