Pros
The learning never stops with this job. The projects you get to work on are very fulfilling. You will also have your hand in every aspect of the business from product design, logistics to accounting. The time flies because you’re so busy. There is also no shortage of leads so you never cold call. I also love working with my colleagues. Management has also improved and are starting to give us more leeway. The pay also starts becoming much better as your sales pipeline builds up.
Cons
If you want a relaxing job, this position isn’t for you. Work load picks up quick and you will have lots of clients and responsibilities. It can get stressful some times when you have multiple customers needing your attention at the same time, but that’s expected for any sales job.
