Cons
Zero leadership and communication between corporate offices and retail stores. Marketing consistently pushes promo's/sales for products that don't exist in store (it would take 2 seconds to check ahead of time). There is NEVER a "roll out plan" when new policies or software changes happen. Changes are just asserted, and then the floor supervisors and people at the register (the ones doing the real work, for terrible pay) are left to pick up the pieces of this BROKEN CORPORATION. They sell $50,000+ worth of product in every store, and can't give their employees reasonable wages while corporate RAKES it in. This company is the big MSO that comes in and buys the small players, then jacks up the prices when all the competition is gone.
