Pros
Family owned business and the family who works there are all great. Many of the workers are great too. Really liked the function of my role. Good benefits. Lots to learn.
Cons
You are given about 10 minutes of training then expected to properly do your job without mistakes. Management was an absolute nightmare (rude, disrespectful, and antagonistic).t Align yourself with management by tattling on others and always telling them they are right (even when they are not) or consider yourself burned at the stake. Turnover was really bad. Dysfunctional environment.
