Pros
Teradata has hands in many technology and has many big names in his basket gives you opportunity to learn a different technologies and gives you chance to make your resume heavier.
Cons
you wouldn't even know if you have management over your head (HR department). Salary hikes are the lowest when compared to i have ever heard of. No Grouping of people , no team building activities. You have to learn yourself and work on your own . No support from senior people. They are very insecure about their jobs and would not let out a thing when asked.
