Pros
Flexible work schedule. Core technology is cutting-edge. Great benefits, compensation for new employees is good.
Cons
No specific direction. Entire departments are created from scratch then laid-off a year later. "Sorority-like" corporate culture - advancement is not based on skills, but rather who 'likes' you. Non-technical side of the company runs things and does not understand the core technology. Company seems to be chasing it's tail. CEO has allowed barely/unqualified/underqualified VP's run the company, no real leadership (great leadership previous CEO)
