Pros
Great product, but local management is running the company down. Decent benefits, but as most companies, there is a shift every year of the cost to the employee. 401K is very limited. These are all cost saving methods for a company that is struggling. Problem is, they are losing good people.
Cons
Salaries are slightly lower than the average. Management is not looking out for people, but their own hides. There is a lack of professional planning and there is limited communication on advancement.
