      Pros

      I'm coming up on a year working at Teradata. It has been one of the most challenging yet fulfilling roles of my lifetime. Imagine a 40-year old legacy brand in the midst of a giant transition and you can sense what it's like to work here. Yes, lots of moving parts. Yes, lots of items still in flux but that is what I think I like most about working here. We have an amazing product and amazing people and all working to make a difference. Love the CMO too and feel very supported here.

      Cons

      We're large, we're global and there are a lot of territorial issues. As in people feeling left out if they aren't included in meetings or emails nonsense versus realizing that omissions are not intentional and let's just get on with it. I have low tolerance for insecurity and some team members have this notion that they, and they alone, need to be included on everything. A small gripe given how much I like working here.
