Sales - Anonymous employee Teradata Employee Review

Management is so focused on "managing" up that they fail to give their field reps the resources to be successful (read: make sales). With everyone jockeying for position, so many internal meetings and layers of un-ncessary participants that there was no time left in the week to actually meet with customers. Deal approvals took a month to get through the layers of folks who had to review/approve. Frustrating environment.
