Working Hours is good as per company policy with 8 hours Transportation facility by bus is free for employees with general shift shift allowance+conveyance allowance makes a decent amount for people working in shifts Dedicated Laptop allocation for each employee makes life easy Good learning opportunities with Teradata University programs and other workshops
Cons
no retention policy for good people no value for people who sacrificed the extended hours and days to company projects, doesn't even appreciated by the managers Politics driven by management people who are stuck with the company for more than 12-15+ years and they don't want to see resource growth Very limited onsite opportunities
