Pros
This is a big company with all the perks such as good pay, benefits, and environment.
Cons
The company has been on the decline for over 5 years now. Their database is a niche product, overprices, and being eclipsed by the cloud. Upper management shuffles around every couple years to "realign" its strategy, which means no product has any direction, because each new goon feels like they need to make their mark and change things. I have seen nothing but layoffs the entire time I was with this company. In my unit, they hired people, only to lay them off 2 months later after a management shuffle.
