A once great company with great technology. Very talented technical people. Senior Leaderships surprising ability to articulate corporate vision/strategy to investors without actually delivering.
Cons
Lack of experience and trustworthyness at the senior leadership level. Inability of Senior Leaderships to lead and execute against stated corporate vision/strategy. Too many hollow promised and rampent internal politics. Lack of value and appreciation of loyal experienced employees, with a propensity to correct poor financials by reducing headcount (via layoffs) rather than addressing the problem within the rank of senior leadership that are creating the problems. Extremely poor work/life balance, as leadership doesn't appreciate or reward efforts that go above and beyond, while demanding long hours, many late nights, and working vacations.
