Work culture is awesome for people who are not interested to work and have great friendship with management,talent is not a requirment.Salary is good enough for both working and non-working people.
Cons
You know its a toxic environment by who gets celebrated, who gets tolerated.Culture to survive through is to stay invisible.Leadership keeps and promotes their friends and people who clearly lack skills, its not spearheaded to market competition at all.Its sad to see the brain rot and detoriation of the products which ideally could have evolved to compete in market with Databricks or Snowflake,But the mindset is all about mindgames and politics.
