Pros
It's a great place to start your career with talented managers and other consultants who have been with the business for 8+ years. The Newcastle management and Director genuinely cares about everyone and makes an effort to check in on you, not just about work, but about hobbies, your family, ambitions and life in general. They will bend over backwards for you and give you all the support and help you need if you put in the hard work. Communication in the Sales department is transparent and top tier and that is due to strong leadership. Can't recommend joining the Newcastle sales team enough.
Cons
It is hard work and you will need to trust the process and put in long hours, especially in your first 2 years in the job. But there are great incentives (holidays abroad, team nights out, open bar events, free lunches, early finishes etc)
