      Everything is easy after that

      No idea what they are doing UK Leadership has no idea how the Dutch market works BD managers who bring 0 business in, they criticize others, and somehow they are still in the company (politics) Outdated systems/ equipment (LinkedIn barely changes tabs when you click it) You can get away with everything if you are bringing in money Toxic workplace Cowboy mentality European Director just comes over to Amsterdam to lay off people, talks very rudely to them non existent HR department Corporate lingo Sexism

      There are a few good people, but those are not the ones in charge

      Leaders don’t care about your career growth or earnings, they just care about their own pockets and will do anything in their power to help themselves, even at the cost of your potential earnings.
