I wouldn’t recommend that anyone works here. They prey on people fresh out of college, and lure them into thinking they will make a lot of money if they work really hard. About 3% of the people working there make it to the highly profitable salary range here. The management and leadership of this company is horrendous. They do mass layoffs EVERY YEAR, specifically around November. They lay off people at one time on a weekly basis, in cruel ways to publicly embarrass them and then speak badly about the person after they leave to all of their co workers.
They micromanage excessively, count every single dial you do and threaten to fire all the time if your KPIs aren’t up to par with what they want. Even if you are above your quota, they will still threaten you with ambiguity regarding your job security.
They constantly change commission structures so you don’t know how much you should be making. The office dynamic in the Denver office is horrible due to the managers there and the turnover rate of that place is higher than any restaurant or retail place I’ve ever seen. Also a super toxic frat culture environment that they’ve bred there.
The managers will steal your clients and sales whenever they please and pass it to their friends. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK HERE.
