      Great intro to Technology Recruitment and solid experience to take somewhere else

      Cons

      Hard industry due to factors outside of your control. You will do deals, but will have to be rather lucky to get into great accounts to really make you feel like you're getting ahead. Oh - super KPI focus, micromanagement level

I can understand that the KPI's can sometimes feel like too much control, and these are in place to support all consultants to help improve and be successful so sorry it didn’t feel that way.       There are a few good people, but those are not the ones in charge

      Cons

      Leaders don’t care about your career growth or earnings, they just care about their own pockets and will do anything in their power to help themselves, even at the cost of your potential earnings.
