I'm not too sure where to begin... They are NOT an employee centric organization. It's the type of place where they work you to the bone, provide you with a semi-fun work environment, and then pay you as little as possible. There were several times my commission checks were incorrect, lied too about promotion targets, along with many other things. Management is awful, some of the most dishonest people I've ever met in my life. They will lie to you about the money you can make, and tell you what you want to hear to keep you there. Extremely high turnover, multiple recent layoffs, and they will fire people out of the blue and honestly not feel bad about it. I've seen it happen dozens of times throughout my time there. It's no wonder the brand I used to work for is down over 10%+ over the last 6 months in headcount, and their median employee tenure is less than 2 years. There are several other companies that do what they do: Capax, Insight Global, Robert Half, Michael Page, and many others. Would NOT recommend Frank Recruitment Group, or any of the brands underneath.
