      There are other consultants you’ll like and it’s a job

      Cons

      - Poor Salary - Poor Commission Structure - Shady management practices - Exploitation of trainees and other full time employees from management - because financially they’ve been doing poorly they’ve only cut down all the benefits they used to brag about (first fridays, etc) - During layoffs, they primarily fired POC

      Pros

      There are a few good people, but those are not the ones in charge

      Cons

      Leaders don’t care about your career growth or earnings, they just care about their own pockets and will do anything in their power to help themselves, even at the cost of your potential earnings.
