FRG has one of the best work cultures I have ever been a part of. FRG offers weekly and monthly incentives and events making it a social and exciting company to work for. The senior staff and management are so supportive and always willing to help you with any troubles and give you their professional advice. My managers are so understanding and helpful, it has made my transition from construction to Sales seamless. With great Commission structures and transparent promotion pathways, it is an ideal company to work for. I have had such a positive experience with FRG I recommended FRG to my roommate who now works here too.
