      Fun Coworkers and tons of time on the phone!

      Cons

      Pay averages out to 12.50/hr, way below industry standard, and commission rates are a joke. Training was a joke and KPIs are higher than other agencies. I watched a lot of people get burned during layoffs.

      There are a few good people, but those are not the ones in charge

      Cons

      Leaders don’t care about your career growth or earnings, they just care about their own pockets and will do anything in their power to help themselves, even at the cost of your potential earnings.
