Pros

Initially Competitive pay Work remote Insurance and benefits are available Training and Equipment provided Multiple options/opportunities to move up Has an incentive program Employee inclusion is a top priority Policy/Procedures applied equally across the board Anonymous suggestion box that is monitored and responded too

Cons

Employee Evaluations demotivate and discourage… perfect score DOES NOT receive full merit raise which is actually less than 1%. Must get a perfect score and additional “BONUS”points Unclear expectations, conflicting messages from mgmt/trainers/leads Job is stressful and draining; monotonous Time accountability is overly monitored VTO policy adds extra work load to employees who are unable to take it Management also carries heavy workload, routines procedures are often completed late and some smaller objectives missed Appx 35 quality checks performed monthly, as expected, however a near perfect 99 of 100 is listed as “satisfactory.”

Pros

Work from home, consistent schedule, great benefits, friendly coworkers

Cons

High volume of calls taken daily, some calls exceed 1 hour in length, some weekend shifts and holidays required, some callers can be unfriendly, have to be on-call for a few weeks of the year

Pros

Working from home and decent pay for doing so and they offer health insurance or pay you if you already have it

Cons

Point system has changed and is a bit ridiculous, favoritism, work load and call volume, not as employee friendly since trying to be more customer service based.
