Pros

The office culture is one that separates us from the norm. You're encouraged to grow, think on your own, think out of the box, and you are rewarded if you succeed. The product is amazing and truly does make a difference in the world - if only AT&T had Tenfold!

Cons

The company's core values are a bit unknown, but our CEO constantly reminds us to use them. This is confusing for employees. Although I admire Patrick's ability to create an amazing product and stick to his own values , he's very distant as a person, sometimes more like a machine. He will not take seconds/minutes out of his day to get to know his employees (even though there are only 50 of us). This can be viewed as waste time in many's eyes, but this is how you can make each employee truly feel valued and costs $0. When I first started, it took him months to remember my name, not exactly the best way to feel valued!

Pros

I was at ease during the interview. No pressure. The interviewer made me so comfortable and the interview was so smooth ... I forgot I even had a bottle of water .

Cons

None at all . NONE.

Pros

Tenfold has achieved the rare combination of relevant product & sharp people behind it. The software fills a gaping hole in terms of the integration needs of almost any company over 100 employees, and thus the organization attracts an impressive pool of job applicants. Everyone who works at Tenfold is adept in their role, and passionate about the the success of the business. This creates an enviroment in which the sum of the parts is greater than the whole, opposed to organizations in which each business function operates in a silo. To join Tenfold right now is to join at an exciting time — the organization is filling headcount needs as they arise, so there is boundless opportunity to identify a business need and fill it yourself. As a result, employees have more control over the direction of their career at this company.

Cons

Things move very quickly, and people are very busy - if you aren't a resourceful self-starter that can create your own momentum and velocity, you may not thrive here. No one is going to tell you what to focus on next, or make sure you're staying on top of your work. That said, people are happy to help you workshop new ideas and support initiatives you spearhead - this is a very collaborative workplace.
