Tenece is a good tech combo for young people, no toxicity because majority of their employees are young. You get to work remotely on some days (2-3) times a week. They go on Christmas and Easter holidays and any other public holiday. They have never owed their staff

Not a place to work for a long time if you value growth. Their promotions are flat; there is no actual moving up there. They just keep renaming your roles and adding a very little amount in the name of promotion. The pay is relatively good but they can pay better than that if they want. Because they are seeing money.
