      Good pay. After a long absence from the US, the CEO can visit the US again without having to worry about a alphabet agency having a welcoming party at the airport waiting for him.

      Cons

      If you want to advance to the top echelons, forget it, unless you come from the right country.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
