      There are no pros, other then you have a job to pay some bills.

      Cons

      Watching your every move on cameras. Embarrassing moments. Retaliation from the supervisor & HR when reporting bad work ethics from the supervisor and unsafe work instructions.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
