Impossible to get regular hours. You'll get 20 hours a MONTH if you're lucky. Sometimes only 3 hour days. No upward mobility or attempt to retain trained staff. Every spring they'll train 6 new PT staff, all for them to leave by next spring because they couldn't get any hours in the winter. Only to waste time and money training new staff again next spring. Don't even bother trying to gain the respect of the director
