This is not a Start-Up company - Business Development TenForce Employee Review

I just discovered Glassdoor and came across your review, which makes it very clear that you are disappointed in our company. I am really (and honestly) sorry for that. Thank you for the statements about our people and company culture and atmosphere. This is indeed truly one of our strengths. About all the other topics and “advice” in your review, I must say I cannot relate to that, and most of the statements you make are, in my opinion, incorrect. [But of course, I have been working for TenForce for more than 15 years, so it is probably normal that I don’t share your view 😉 ] The only statement that is true, is that we are not a start-up anymore. If you define start-up as a company that has been founded recently. Our company was founded in 2001 so age-wise we are not a start-up. However I hope that culture-wise we still are. Behaving like a start-up is what makes working for TenForce fun. And I believe that keeping a start-up attitude is essential for our success, especially in the IT sector. It’s a little bit like Jeff Bezos promotes to always act as if it is Day 1. Again, thanks for your input and we wish you a lot of success in your future endeavors.
