Young team, good location, nice office - good atmosphere
Cons
Lack of vision from management, a tendency to make promises in order to counter employee complaints, all numbers on website (number of customers, number of users, number of offices) seem to be "somewhat" overestimated.

I just discovered Glassdoor and came across your review, which makes it very clear that you are disappointed in our company. I am really (and honestly) sorry for that.
Thank you for the statements about our people and company culture and atmosphere. This is indeed truly one of our strengths.
About all the other topics and “advice” in your review, I must say I cannot relate to that, and most of the statements you make are, in my opinion, incorrect. [But of course, I have been working for TenForce for more than 15 years, so it is probably normal that I don’t share your view 😉 ]
The only statement that is true, is that we are not a start-up anymore. If you define start-up as a company that has been founded recently. Our company was founded in 2001 so age-wise we are not a start-up.
However I hope that culture-wise we still are. Behaving like a start-up is what makes working for TenForce fun. And I believe that keeping a start-up attitude is essential for our success, especially in the IT sector. It’s a little bit like Jeff Bezos promotes to always act as if it is Day 1.
Again, thanks for your input and we wish you a lot of success in your future endeavors.
Tenforce is a disaster of a company. They fail in every key area—leadership, sales training, and culture. They can’t hit revenue targets because they cling to outdated methods, and the US market suffers because they’re taking misguided advice from Europe. The culture is toxic and dismissive of US employees, treating us like second-class citizens. There’s an inexplicable bias against Americans, and they barely provide any training, let alone adequate sales training. As an American with over 7 years in sales, this has been the worst experience of my career. I will never work for a European company again because of this nightmare. If you value your career, stay far away from Tenforce. The products aren’t strong enough to compete in the US market, and you’ll regret ever setting foot in this company.
