Having recently moved from consulting to training I now can see first-hand how Academy students, mostly from non-STEM backgrounds, develop into IT Professionals and utilise their skills with clients. The training provided to them is second-to-none. Self development is encouraged with access to on-line courses, industry recognised qualification and additional training, On the consulting side, clients are wide-ranging, Support from account managers, career coaches and colleagues is always available, Company social events are a regular occurrence in both the Leeds and London Offices, with other events at major client locations, These are usually over subscribed with a waiting list, which proves the popularity. Wellbeing team are always there to help, employee welfare being a primary concern for all staff, Management are always approachable and will regularly attend events, Medicash, Bonusly, Railcards and subsidised gym membership are great perks. Reviews are fair and balanced, with great opportunity for career progression, especially for more junior staff.
