Pros
-Great foot in the door into tech industry, great chance to become permanent at client after 2 years. - Excellent training from the trainers -Academy Pastoral are excellent at checking in and always being there to support you -Leadership team very friendly and usually almost always attend social events etc - Great social events -
Cons
- Client placement can sometimes come down to supply demand and also luck which is understandable -(Probably pre-covid applicable) Relocation can sometimes be quite a hard change, especially if you’re by yourself etc etc.
