      Pros

      Supportive management team & mentors. Great training opportunities including courses, online study and regular lunch & learn sessions. A wide variety of clients across many sectors, good for gaining experience. Good salary, benefits and holiday allowance. Great career progression opportunities. Social events including Friday fridges, Summer and Christmas parties. Regular Comms events.

      Cons

      As a consultancy with many clients, travel times can vary project to project, this is however to be expected and makes things more interesting!
