      Pros

      If you get a good market and can persevere, you can make a lot of money. That being said, no one I worked with was making a lot of money.

      Cons

      Miserable work environment. Controlling management. Egomaniac for a CEO. Arbitrary metrics. It is basically working at a call center. Note that Costar now owns Ten-X and has for a while, so make sure you read reviews on working for Costar. They are pretty bad. Believe them.

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
