Pros

Beautiful office. Connections to government agencies. Strong financial backing. C-suite has put in place initiatives that are inspiring for example amazon cloud service trainings and the SIU programme.

Cons

Top heavy, keep on hiring managerial level and above staff, without bolstering their actual working level personnel. Lots of fat cats that come in through referral that honestly can’t perform. A strong Singaporean Core advertised by management but honestly the culture is more defined by a single foreign race. Which more often then not strives for the betterment of their own race. A culture of hierarchy, that honestly is inefficient to say the least. Efficient and effective staff are overworked and more often rewarded with the work of fat cats who got in via connections. Real talent has consistently voiced out only to submit their resignation when they fall on deaf ears. KC is great, his lieutenants are unfortunately not.

Pros

Overall, Temus is a great place to learn and grow. There are many opportunities provided to develop various skill sets and the team provides a lot of guidance and support. Personnel across the various departments are generally very friendly and helpful. The office space adopts an open plan concept, which makes the area spacious and inviting. Work desks are all height adjustable, seating is flexible, and pantries are well stocked.

Cons

As a recently established company, internal processes are in the process of being formed up.

Pros

Nice office with good views

Cons

In the low code department, it is getting increasingly political, with some people bullying same rank colleagues and bootlicking technical leads and management to make themselves look good and everyone else look bad. Most of the cohort has left for better opportunity, the department was not a good place to stay as everyone was falling sick constantly over a long time period due to overworking. Outside of low code, it is even more political and a super toxic environment to work in.
