Cons
Pay is average and no opportunity to progress once you accept a salary. Salary never gets raised each year in line with performance, so again, no opportunity to progress. No staff bonuses are given and no opportunity to purchase shares. The shareholders and exec team benefit renumeration wise and employees do not, but they mask this with their AMAZING culture. Which once you realise is nothing but a charade, the motivation to perform dies a death very quickly working there.
