      Lack of diversity, especially in management. Lay offs in 2024 halved the UX Design Team showing lack of care about the user experience. Evidence of poor management across the company. Average benefits.

      Pros

      -They have quite nice benefits -very flexible with remote working -Good, market average or higher end salaries - Some colleagues and teams are good to work with

      Cons

      -A lot of talks and theories on how to improve processes and things around but when it comes to actually implementing and doing those, people become a mess. -Management is pure chaos, clueless and doesnt care much about the people. -People from management, colleagues and peers suddenly disappearing or let go without any mention or explanation -HR not friendly at all and clueless - Middle management people dont do any work themselves but micromanage others.
